• Provision of robust financial data allowing budget holders to accurately manage and plan their budgets.
• Generation of detailed performance reports against agreed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), allowing Commissioners to assess how well Medequip is delivering the service and helping them to accurately report against their own targets.
